Having been involved in a number of disruptions and transformations it is my firm believe that there is always an opportunity. Stepping back and looking at it from a helicopter view often provides new insights.

Revenue is driven by selling products&services successfully. In order to remain competitive evolution is required with relevant features. Bringing new solutions to your segment or entering new categories requires new tactics and skills.

More resources are not always resulting in more output. A lot of efficiency can be reached by doings things differently and /or re balancing of resources.
